Rescheduling Policy

• Guests must request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Weather Policy

• Your safety is our top priority. If bad weather prevents your activity from taking place, we will work to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Arrival Policy

• Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your booking without refund.

• Life jackets are mandatory for tubing and will be provided for all participants.

• Guests participating in any activity must adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided by our team.

• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the activities.

• Guests will be required to sign a waiver before participating in any activity.

Age and Health Requirements

• Tubing and other activities may have age or health restrictions for safety reasons. Please contact us if you have any concerns or specific requirements.

Property Damage

• Any damage caused to our equipment, such as kayaks, boats, or tubes, due to negligence will result in a repair or replacement fee charged to the guest.

Prohibited Items

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited during all activities.

• Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued.
